3. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, visuals, logo, code) is protected by intellectual-property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. Assigned colors remain plain public-domain hexadecimal codes: “owning” a color on Get a hue is a symbolic, exclusive attribution within the service, with no legal transfer of ownership.
4. Personal data & privacy
Data collected : your email address, only when you claim a color.
Purpose : to attach the color to you and let you recover it via a private link. That's the only reason. Your email is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Legal basis : your consent, given when you claim.
Retention : for as long as the color belongs to you.
Processors : hosting and database with Vercel / Neon, email delivery via Resend.
Your rights (GDPR) : you can request access, correction or deletion of your email at any time by writing to hello@getahue.com.
One color, forever : your color is assigned to you permanently. Deleting your email to try to get another one won't work — it's considered abuse and will get you banned from the huemans.
5. Liability
Get a hue is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it. You use the site at your own risk.
